Event Staff – Part-Time

As a member of our Event Staff team, you’ll be entrusted with making every detail of our events shine. From preparing the venue for unforgettable moments to maintaining its pristine condition throughout the day, your role is vital in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their guests.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with the team to set up and arrange event spaces, including stage, tables, chairs, furniture décor to create the ideal atmosphere for each event.
Maintain a picture-perfect environment by ensuring all areas of the venue (indoors and outdoors) are clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the event.
Perform routine cleaning and touch-ups, such as vacuuming, sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and keeping restrooms fresh and stocked.
Walk the property to ensure everything is tidy and presentable, including sweeping sidewalks and picking up trash.
Handle minor facility needs, such as replacing light bulbs, changing filters, or making small adjustments to décor or furniture placement during the event.
Ensure all trash are in the appropriate bins and empty them as needed to maintain a clean environment.
Empty cigarette receptacles and ensure no litter is left on the property.
Be attentive to client and guest needs, responding promptly to any unexpected requests or emergencies with professionalism and a focus on creating a smooth, stress-free experience.
Assist with event breakdown and resetting the venue for future use.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of each event.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is self-motivated and takes initiative, ensuring tasks are completed with care and excellence, with minimal supervision.
A proactive and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work.
Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of both the team and clients, always keeping the guest experience at the forefront.
Flexibility and stamina to perform tasks involving extensive walking, bending, lifting, and carrying.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to creating a welcoming and organized environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Venue Security – Part-Time

The Venue Security team is an essential part of ensuring our events are safe, seamless, and enjoyable for everyone. You’ll provide a calming presence, oversee the venue during events, and handle lock-up at the end of the night.

What You’ll Do:

Act as a visible, professional presence to ensure the safety and security of all guests.
Work closely with the team to uphold venue policies in a kind and approachable way.
Secure the venue at the end of each event, locking doors and ensuring all areas are properly closed.
Monitor the event flow and proactively address any safety concerns or emergencies with discretion and professionalism.
Support the event team as needed, offering assistance wherever necessary.

Who We’re Looking For:

A background in law enforcement, military, or private security is preferred.
A calm and professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A team-oriented mindset with a focus on serving clients and guests.
